The Anti-Norquist Pledge is the pledge lawmakers and political candidates must make to determine their worthiness for public office.  The Anti-Norquist Pledge (aka The Integrity Pedge) can replace the pledge lawmakers make to Grover Norquist.  The two are not compatible.

The Anti-Norquist (integrity) Pledge states:

I pledge allegiance to the United States of America.  I further pledge:

My first priority shall be to do what is in the best interests of my country.

My second priority shall be to do what is in the best interests of my state and my constituents.

And only after the first two priorities are met shall I do what is in my own best interests and the best interests of those to whom I am beholden.

In the interest of integrity, I further pledge to observe the Rules for Public Discourse.

Anyone who takes the Norquist pledge is putting politics and Grover Norquist ahead of the best interests of the United States and its citizens.

The Norquist Pledge initiated and promoted by Grover Norquist is the pledge a lawmaker makes to not raise taxes under any circumstances.  Most Republicans in Congress have taken and abide by the Norquist Pledge.
